For 35 years, the Rawlins Downtown Development Authority has invested in projects and programs that strengthen Downtown Rawlins, raising over $450,000 for local initiatives and securing more than $5 million in grants.

Gems of Downtown is our annual investment program that makes supporting downtown simple and flexible. Choose a “Gem” level that fits your goals while helping fund meaningful community projects.

As a Gem of Downtown, you can:

• Support downtown improvements and events

• Receive local recognition and marketing exposure

• Direct part of your investment to specific projects, if desired

 

🌳 2025 Focus: Depot Park Improvements

This year’s funding will support our “We Heard You” initiative at Depot Park, adding more seating and shade structures based on community feedback.
